The CIPP has identified $153.8 million of grant and $141.6 million of Technical Assistance. The grants are typically already earmarked for specific purposes or programs, such as the development for renewable energy projects, repurposing of Coal-Fired Power Plants for early retirement programs, and just transition.

Meanwhile, Technical Assistance (TA) is typically a mode of MDB or Development Finance Instituion (DFI) support that facilitates the preparation, financing, and execution of development projects. Part of the identified TA ($68 million) is earmarked for certain development projects such as TA for PT SMI's SDG Indonesia One platform.

A detailed explanation on the breakdown of grant funding can be found in Chapter 7 of the CIPP.
