The JETP Secretariat will be conducting meta monitoring of financing flows but transactions will be arranged by each respective party. Therefore, the terms of JETP project funding are dependent on each lender/financier. Each lender/ financier is expected to conduct its own due diligence to determine project financial feasibility and to disclose the progress of certain milestone of the financing process to the JETP Secretariat.
