What is the approach used in allocating JETP funding?
The basic financing philosophy of the JETP agreement is to minimize the cost of the overall energy transition in Indonesia. This will be accomplished by strategically using public capital, which often comes at a lower cost or with higher risk tolerance, to lower the cost on a systemwide basis.
Based on recommendation from the Government of Indonesia, JETP public funding will be prioritized for IFA 1, IFA 2, and partially IFA 3.While, commercial funding mainly will be used for IFA 3 and IFA 4.
